1. State Quota Counselling:
- Eligibility: If you’ve qualified in NEET UG 2024, you’re eligible to apply for State Quota seats, which cover 85% of MBBS and BDS seats in government colleges across West Bengal.
- Process: This is done online, starting with registration, followed by fee payment and document verification.
- Key Dates: Round 1 registration started on August 21, 2024, and ends on August 23, 2024. Complete everything within this period to stay on track.
2. Management Quota Counselling:
- Eligibility: If you’re aiming for seats in private medical and dental colleges, Management Quota is for you. It’s open to NEET UG 2024 qualifiers.
- Process: It’s similar to State Quota—register online, pay the fees, and verify your documents.
- NRI Quota: There are also NRI Quota seats in private institutions for those who qualify.
What About the Other Rounds?
Round 2:
- If you didn’t get a seat in the first round or want to try for a better option, don’t worry! You can participate in Round 2.

Stray Vacancy Round:
- If any seats remain vacant after the Mop-Up Round, they will be filled during the Stray Vacancy Round. This is generally for management and NRI quota seats in private colleges.
